I am not receiving email confirmations

If you are not receiving email confirmations, please check inside the “Spam” folder of your mailbox. In Gmail you could also check “All mail” and “Promotions” folders. Please, make sure eToroX addresses are not blacklisted in your email settings.
If you can’t find the email in any of your folders, please make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.
If none of these recommended actions helped, you can submit a request to our Support Team.
